A Sierra Leone company, an African mandate.
We were founded to answer one question — how do we build permanent, dignified housing at the pace that Africa's cities and communities actually need it?
Our mission
To provide alternative housing solutions to Africa's acute housing shortage by constructing prefabricated homes of uncompromising quality — engineered to support all weather and to last generations.
Our vision
A continent where every family — regardless of income or geography — has access to a permanent home built to the standards they deserve.

Rooted in Freetown. Built for the continent.
Pespa Housing SL Ltd was formed by a team of engineers, architects, and operators who watched the same story repeat across the region — housing that either took too long, cost too much, or failed to withstand the environments it was built into.
We chose prefabrication not as a shortcut, but as a discipline. Every home leaves our facility already inspected, already engineered, already permanent. The site work is assembly and finishing — not improvisation.
Four principles that shape every project.
Design before delivery
Every module is engineered against site conditions, climate loads, and lifecycle costs before a single component is cut.
Local capacity, factory precision
We train and employ local teams for site assembly while holding factory-grade tolerances on every structural component.
Transparent economics
Fixed programmes. Fixed budgets. Investors, governments, and homebuyers see the same numbers.
Permanence over prototype
Nothing we build is temporary. Our homes are designed for the same lifespan as the best conventional construction.
