Delivery process

Four steps, one programme.

Site work and factory build run in parallel. By the time foundations are ready, the modules are cured, inspected, and en route.

    Site survey

    Topography, soils, climate exposure, and utilities assessed against the module platform.

  2. 02

    Factory build

    Modules constructed, inspected, and cured under controlled conditions while site works progress.

  3. 03

    Install

    Modules delivered and set on prepared foundations, connected to services, and weather-sealed.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Final commissioning, quality sign-off, and warranty issued to the owner or programme sponsor.
